Creative Capacity Building Workshop
The Creative Capacity Building (CCB) workshop was to deliver a training on the design cycle for UNICEF educators, teachers and trainers working with youth in Sudan so that they use it to develop educational activities that will enhance the delivery of the UNICEF Life Skills Curriculum.
In this training, UNICEF and MIT D-Lab realized that teaching the design cycle through a hands-on training can map directly on to teaching life skills. A new type of CCB curriculum provided a pedagogy that explicitly teaches skills life skills by teaching the stages of the design process.
